Returns & Refunds

Here you'll find information about returns, cancellations and refunds at OVOSONO.

30-day return policy (voluntary)

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be in the same condition as when you received it
  • be unused and undamaged
  • be returned in the original packaging

You will also need proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or invoice).

Unannounced returns unfortunately cannot be accepted. After reviewing your request, we will provide further instructions for the return shipment.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered, please contact us immediately: support@ovosono.com

Return exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items

If you're unsure whether an item is eligible for return, please contact us first.

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are currently not available. The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original product and place a new order after the refund is processed.

Statutory right of withdrawal (EU — 14 days)

In addition to our voluntary return policy, consumers within the European Union have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

The conditions are the same as for returns:

  • unused condition
  • original packaging
  • proof of purchase required

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved, the refund will be issued:

  • to the original payment method
  • within 10 business days

Please note that processing by your bank or payment provider may take additional time.
