General Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through the online shop at www.ovosono.com. The contractual partner is Elektronikhandel Michael Gräf, Breitscheidstraße 84, 70176 Stuttgart, Germany (hereinafter “Provider”).
The version of the GTC valid at the time of the order applies. Deviating terms of the customer are not accepted.
§ 2 Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to submit an offer.
By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer. Acceptance is made through the order confirmation sent by email.
§ 3 Pre-orders
Products marked as pre-orders will be shipped at the indicated estimated delivery date. The purchase price is charged in full at the time of ordering.
If the delivery date is significantly delayed, you will be informed by email and have the right to cancel the order free of charge.
§ 4 Prices and payment
All prices are in euros and include the applicable statutory value-added tax. Shipping costs within the EU are included in the price.
Payment is processed through the payment service provider Stripe. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.).
§ 5 Delivery and shipping
Delivery is made to the shipping address provided during the order process. We deliver within the EU and to Switzerland.
Shipments are sent as insured parcels. A tracking number will be provided by email after dispatch.
§ 6 Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us by email at support@ovosono.com of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal.
§ 7 Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. In case of defects, please contact us at support@ovosono.com.
§ 8 Liability
The Provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, the Provider is only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages.
§ 9 Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of the Provider until full payment has been made.
§ 10 Data protection
Information on the collection and processing of personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.
§ 11 Dispute resolution and final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The contract language is German. Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).
