Everything you need to know about shipping costs, delivery times, and shipping partners for your OVOSONO order.

Free Shipping

Shipping is free for all orders within the EU and to Switzerland — no minimum order value. Shipping costs are already included in the product price.

Delivery Countries

We deliver to 28 European countries:

EU (27): Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden

+ Switzerland

Delivery Times

After your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery times are:

Germany2–4 business days
EU countries3–7 business days
Switzerland4–8 business days

Please note: For pre-orders, the delivery time starts from the announced shipping date. Customs processing (Switzerland) may cause additional delays.

Shipping Partner

We ship via DHL. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your package has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can use it to follow the delivery status in real time. The tracking link is also available in your account under "My Orders".

Packaging

Every OVOSONO is carefully packaged:

  • Shock-resistant inner protection for the clock
  • Premium product packaging
  • Insured shipping — we'll handle replacements for any transit damage

Packstation Delivery

You can also have your order delivered to a DHL Packstation. Simply enter your post number and Packstation number at checkout.

Returns & Withdrawal

You have 30 days to return your order (14 days statutory right of withdrawal + 16 days voluntary extension). Find all details on our returns page:
