Ordering & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Delivery within Germany typically takes 2–3 business days. Within the EU, expect 3–7 business days depending on the destination. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free throughout the entire EU — no minimum order value required.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to 28 European countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Poland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Ireland, Greece, Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Malta.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As long as your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can cancel it through your customer account. After shipping, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies. Contact us via the contact form for any changes.
Product & Technology
How big is the Circle 350?
The OVOSONO Circle 350 has a diameter of 35 cm and a depth of approximately 3.5 cm. It weighs about 1.2 kg.
How is the clock powered?
The clock is powered via a USB-C cable. A matching power adapter (5V/2A) is included. The cable is 2 metres long.
Can I change the LED colour?
The Circle 350 displays the time in warm white light (3000K). Brightness adjusts automatically to the environment — a manual brightness control is also available.
Is the clock silent?
Absolutely. The OVOSONO Circle 350 has no clockwork and no moving parts. It is completely silent.
How long do the LEDs last?
The LEDs have a lifespan of over 50,000 hours. At 12 hours of use per day, that’s over 11 years.
TimeSync & Setup
What is TimeSync?
TimeSync is our patented technology for time synchronisation via audio signal. Open the TimeSync page on your phone, hold it next to the clock — and it sets itself to the second. No Wi-Fi, no app, no Bluetooth required.
How often do I need to use TimeSync?
The internal quartz clock is very precise. We recommend synchronisation every 2–3 months or after a power outage.
How do I mount the clock on the wall?
The clock comes with a wall bracket. Drill one hole, screw in the bracket and hang the clock. Illustrated instructions are included. Alternatively, you can use adhesive strips (3M Command Strips) for smooth walls.
Does the clock support time zones and daylight saving?
The clock has no built-in time zone setting. TimeSync transfers the exact time from your phone — including daylight saving time.
Returns & Warranty
How can I return the product?
You have 14 days from receipt of the goods to withdraw without giving reasons. Simply send us an email or use the withdrawal form in your customer account. We’ll send you a return label.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, the statutory warranty is 2 years from the date of purchase. In case of defects within this period, we will repair or replace your clock free of charge.
What should I do if there is a defect?
Contact us via the contact form or email support@ovosono.com. Describe the problem and attach a photo if possible. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
Payment & Invoicing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA direct debit, Klarna, giropay, iDEAL, Bancontact and EPS. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Where can I find my invoice?
Your invoice is automatically sent by email once your order is confirmed. You can also find it in your customer account under Orders.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, via Klarna you can pay in 3 interest-free instalments. Simply choose Klarna at checkout.
Are taxes included in the price?
Yes, all prices include the applicable VAT (19% for German customers). For other EU countries, the respective local VAT rate applies via One-Stop-Shop (OSS).
