Clock Change 2026: The Wall Clock That Adjusts Itself

Twice a year, the same ritual: oven, microwave, car radio, wristwatch, wall clock, each device on its own, usually with a short hunt for the right button or the manual. And even once every device is caught, a wall clock often stays an hour off for days without anyone noticing, simply because it's never top of the list.

With the OVOSONO Circle 350, that part of the ritual disappears. Set up once, the clock adjusts itself at every clock change, with nothing left to do.

When is the next clock change?

The next clock change in the EU is on Sunday, October 25, 2026, clocks move back from daylight saving time to standard time. The date applies uniformly across the EU and falls on the last Sunday of October every year; in spring, correspondingly, the last Sunday of March.

For most household clocks, that means resetting them by hand, often noticed only days later. For the OVOSONO Circle 350, it means nothing further to do.

How the Circle 350 handles it automatically

During initial setup, you choose your city once and transmit location and date to the clock via audio signal, the same simple process as the first time sync, just one extra step. Knowing the location also tells the clock the correct changeover rule for that region automatically (in Europe: the last Sunday of March and October).

From that point on, the clock continuously checks on its own whether daylight saving or standard time applies, and switches itself exactly on the changeover day, no re-sync, no app, no need to remember the date. The one-time setup effort replaces the recurring work twice a year.
